HappiOcracy, a wonderful upgrade of democracy, was registered as a domain in 2002. Wonderful though it was, and is, I concluded that it could never be implemented because the politicians and bankers would lose their power - which of course they would resist mightily.
I also concluded that the only way to implement happiOcracy was to appeal directly to we-the-people, and to offer them something to overcome their own self-interest.
That something turned out to be "happi"money which I registered as a domain in 2003.
Since then, the parallel progress of happiOcracy and happiMoney has proceeded apace, fully funded by internal sources.
However, to get happiMoney implemented (and later happiOcracy), it is necessary to spread the word worldwide by generating millions of facebook Likes that demand of the politicians that they give us (we-the-people) what we want, namely HappiMoney For All.

This site is totally free to all. And it, as well as its predecessors (no longer available), have been self-funded for many years during the development phase.
